1. Overview
This policy explains what we collect when you use Lofee, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Lofee is operated by two affiliated companies: Crayden Interactive Inc. in Canada and Crayden LLCin the United States (together "Crayden", "we", "us"). The company responsible for your information is the one you contract with under our Terms of Service: Crayden Interactive Inc. if you live in Canada, Crayden LLC otherwise. Lofee and Indie are two storefronts of the same platform, and this policy applies to both.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile. Your email address, account type, display name, profile URL, location (city, state/province, country), and anything you add to your public profile.
Purchases and tickets.The events you buy tickets to, order amounts, refund history, and check-in activity. Guest checkouts include the name and email you provide so your tickets can be delivered. Some events ask checkout questions set by the organizer (for example meal choices or a waiver acknowledgement); your answers are stored with the order and its tickets and are visible to you, the event organizer, the organizer's check-in volunteers, and platform administrators.
Organizer data. Events you create, ticket sales, payout history, and advertising activity.
Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form, including the email address you give us for a reply.
Usage. Basic technical data needed to run and secure the platform, such as sign-in sessions and, where ads are shown, aggregate ad impression counts.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers; we keep only order records (what was bought, amounts, and payment status). Stripe's handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. How we use your information
- to run the platform: accounts, ticket sales, check-in, payouts, subscriptions;
- to deliver tickets and service emails (for example, order confirmations);
- to respond when you contact us;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the platform secure;
- to comply with legal obligations, including tax and payment regulations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. How we share it
Event organizers.When you buy a ticket, the event's organizer and their check-in staff can see your name, email, ticket status, and any checkout answers so they can run the event.
Service providers. We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Stripe (payments and payouts), and SendGrid (ticket-delivery email). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
Public content. Your public profile and any events you publish are visible to anyone, including on both brand sites where an event is published to both.
Legal. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the platform.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and security tokens that protect the platform from abuse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. Transaction records (orders, payout reports, and invoices) are kept for as long as tax and payment regulations require, for bookkeeping and legal compliance. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information except what we must retain by law.
Answers to an event's checkout questions are kept for event operations and deleted automatically 90 days after the event ends. Event poster images are deleted after the event is paid out, and unpaid pending orders are deleted within a day.
8. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile from your account settings. You can also ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information through the contact form. Depending on where you live (for example, Canada under PIPEDA or certain U.S. state privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.
9. Where your data is stored
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the United States. If you use the platform from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed there.
10. Children
Lofee is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, announced on the platform or by email.
